Nidhish S Posted March 22, 2015 Share Posted March 22, 2015 I have a pretty good floor L Sit, and I see this A Level skill in the FIG book but can't find any demonstration videos. #37 in Floor: L Sit Turnover Backwards to Stand. Can any of you do this? Could you post a video? How would you develop the active shoulder flexibility and the necessary swinging strength to achieve this??
