TFCC injury in both wrists

Hi guys,

I have annoying TFCC injuries in my wrists and I have been getting prolotherapy and PRP injections in the sites.

They seem to be working but I was wondering if Coach has ever addressed TFCC injuries with his own athletes and how he goes about treating them. An excercise to help speed up the repair process would be extrememly beneficial.

Cheers,

Michael

TFCC is a region extremely poor of vessels and by definition also carthilage and fibro carthilage are basically poor . is a similar situation of epithrocleitis . I got it due to excessive pommel horse work, if you stop immediately it heals in a couple of weeks, if not it will take from 6 to 9 months.
