Leonard Wuest
Tendon pathology does not respond well to anti-inflammatories as inflammation is not the problem. The goal of the isometrics is to improve the loading capability of the tendon and there is also an analgesic effect. So keep them up.So could anti-inflammatories actually hinder my progress?Should I stop taking them, even if my doctor told me so?I´m not exactly sure wether I have tendinopathy or rheuma, but I can feel the pain in the tendons.
