Christian Nogueira Posted April 4, 2016 Share Posted April 4, 2016 I think you are referring to HS/SE5>iM. Even that one is mostly going from arch -> hollow. Most of the later HS/SE5>iM seem emphasize the hollow position for body line (using the arch position so that you can have the proper awareness of the difference when you have the hollow position). I'm thinking that for suspended movement (if I understand correctly that suspended refers to movement where on is hanging from some apparatus) you have to be explosive in both hollow -> arch and arch -> hollow direction, but this is just my guess.
