Chris Garay
https://www.gymnasticbodies.com/beginners-need-the-best-coaching/ This is precisely why I am committing to both the GB Certification and Affiliation processes. As a beginner in GST, I know I will thrive off receiving the best coaching. As a fitness professional myself, I want to be able to provide my clients with the best coaching for their sake. Awesome article! Best,Chris
Cole Dano
Nice post Chris, totally agree. The sad thing is how little good coaching is actually available out there. Even more so for adults. Rock on Gymnastic Bodies!
Chris Robb
I live in Southern California, particularly Murrieta, CA. Do you know of a good coach in this area? I am one of those that is strong in some areas, very weak in my core, and injured in others. But, I have been stretching and doing yoga and am feeling better. I am a beginner and have heard fitness routines for all my life, but am always skeptical because most trainers I have had use random exercise that misses foundational exercises to produce a balanced physique. So, I came across GB and am super excited. Do you have any recommendations for cardio? I own a C2 rower and do that for Cardio. I simply want to stay healthy and be strong. Thanks! I appreciate this forum a lot.Chris
