Brent Johnson
Here's a removable dip station I made for my stall bars. The black bars are "dip bars" available on Amazon and are designed to screw into studs in a wall. The wood is 3/4 inch plywood; one large piece (32.5 in x 22 in) that extends over several dowels, then 2 strips (both 32.5 in long, one 2.25 in and the other 3 in wide) that form a hook that fits over one of the dowels. The plywood was glued, clamped, and screwed together using GRK cabinet screws. Placement of the bars on the wood front had to be done so the hex bolts weren't too high up as to interfere with clamping the assembly over a dowel, nor for a bolt to hit a lower dowel (see picture). Enjoy! 1
