George Mack
So, if my understanding is correct. "Thrive" is common recommendation that a licensed dietician would offer? That also happens to be part of the Exercise Prescription website.

Avi Samuel
So pertinent curiosity/ question now given that its been around for a while.. is.. How many VEG (Veg + Dairy = Lacto Veg & Vegans) have successfully now undergone Thrive 1 and/ or 2? And how many have failed? And what challenges were experienced & how alternatives were figured out to overcome them? By those who got around hurdles, and those who were not able to? Melissa Niemi
Roasting carrots or almost any vegetable in the oven with olive oil (can be flavored) and salt and pepper is a pretty tasty way to cook them. Easy and not mushy
