Neal Winkler
While doing a handstand, are you supposed to have a neutral pelvic tilt or a posterior pelvic tilt?

Tarun Suri
It's my understanding that it will be in a neutral position (parallel to the ground). By contracting your glutes and your core, the pelvis bone should be neutralised.

Neal Winkler
That pic didn't turn out that well. How about this one? Again, like in the second pic.
Tarun Suri
Try standing normally, stay relaxed. Now contract your glutes. This is the position you want to feel when your in a handstand. Many of us have deficiencies, but few know they exist. I have my pelvis angled downwards towards the ground, similar to picture C.
