finis
would it be beneficial or not for me to just spend more time on my hands, for example when going from my room to the kitchen in a handwalk( which is 20m of distance with turns and a couple of small steps ) even if my handstand wasn't perfected and i was doing it in the best posture i can but its still with a sligthly arched back.I was just wondering because i read in places that volume is good and just spending time on your hands will improve strength and endurence. Ryan Libke
I am not sure it is beneficial, but I often do it, even at work at the office, when I can get away with it. The tie falling down in the face is not really too much of a problem. In fact, there is a long, carpeted hallway leading to the restroom, which makes for a great place to practice. I still cannot manage to open the bathroom door while walking on my hands, so that is about when I flip down, and besides, I don't want to walk on the bathroom floor on my hands. Blairbob
Just being on your hands will help, especially for free HS.
Nick Van Bockxmeer
I often do it, even at work at the office, when I can get away with it. I'm struggling to think of an office profession where this wouldn't be awkward.
