Stall Bar Rung Shape

My stall bars have oval rungs. At first I found them a little challenging for the grip and my forearms would fatigue. But my grip strength is much improved since I bought them and its no longer an issue.

The main purpose of the oval rungs is to give a flat surface to rest against doing elements like Hanging Leg Lifts.

For some other exercises many find them slightly more comfortable than round and visa versa.

In any case they will not have any impact on GST, it's a just a matter of preference and availability.

Chris, I like the Stall Bar you found. Below are other ones I've looked into.  Might be nice to get people to post which Stall Bars they bought for comparison. Trying to decide which to buy myself.

I see artimexport ships to my country. But there are so many stall bars to choose from.

What is really needed? Can I hang my rings on a stallbar to start the foundation series?
