I'm not sure exactly what is wrong, since I have yet to visit the ole doc, but I'm getting a pain in my wrist whenever I'm in a handstand or planche progression now. Are there alternative options that I can use? Perhaps a handstand on my fists or, if my finger strength were sufficient, fingertip handstands.....
