Nicolas Lukas Posted August 28, 2016 Share Posted August 28, 2016 Hello everyone, I´m 18 years old and I´m working out for 7 years now. I´m 6ft 1 tall and 190 lbs in weight. I have a problem with push ups, especially archer and pseudo planche push ups. It´s strange, if I keep my elbows close to my body, there is clicking and kind of sharp pain. But when I internally rotate my hands (even more than a pronated grip), then I can go so low, that my chest is touching the floor and I haven´t got any pain. I don´t know, what that is.
