Guest Valentin
Can i ask..What is your definition of dynamic exercise?Because dynamic exercise could mean a lot of things, and there are many different forms of dynamic exercise.
Blairbob
Dynamic as in isokinetic or plyometric? Doing lots of plyometrics could lead to CNS burnout. Lots of isokinetics, just moving through a range of motion could easily be done everyday.

Blairbob
Ya got nothing really to worry about that so long as you don't destroy yourself over time.
kbryk
I consider cross-pullouts dynamic, so I would say no don't the same dynamic movement everyday, but as long as you have it every other, no worries just take it slow and build up to what you want to achieve.
