I have a Compex that I frequently use for recovery/strength, and wanted to know if there were any recommended protocols that might be effective. Alessandro Mainente Posted October 18, 2016 Share Posted October 18, 2016 The only things that promotes more connective tissue recovery: -correct training improves the numbers of vessels that means more blood flow -ice/heat cycle.
