Justin Wasko Posted October 23, 2016 Share Posted October 23, 2016 I searched the forums and couldn't find anything related to GHD sit-ups, was wondering what the consensus is among the community regarding this exercise. Assuming proper form and adequate core strength, is there a place for this exercise in GST? Most articles online comment on the dangers of repeated hyperextension and flexion of the spine.
