finis Posted January 21, 2010 Share Posted January 21, 2010 After a lot of reading in the forums, i have a quick question.From what ive read if with my stomache to wall handstand i cannot get my hands 1-2 inches from the wall I should not be training free standing handstands.is this correct?or would i still be getting a benefit from freestanding handstands?
