Swann BUTEL Posted June 27, 2017 Author Share Posted June 27, 2017 Hi every one, Some progress of my iron cross and planche training : I have easily 3x 15 sec adv tuck on rings at the end off my training, i can't hold the straddle planche on rings for the moment, i work my L sit to straddle on rings and on floor, and i do planche drill before hold training For the cross my form look good and my strenght improve very well : Cross pull : Cross static hold i think i will add some negative at the begin off my training with my actual cross pull / static work.
