Darin Phoenix
Hi Kate, Sometimes the scales are not the best indicator. If you are undergoing changes in your body composition where you are adding muscle and dropping fat the scales may prove a disappointing measure. Are you feeling fitter, stronger, looking leaner although theses methods are far more subjective and qualitative they can sometimes tell more of a story than purely relying on quantitative indicators like the scale.
Kate Abernethy
One change noticed: legs feel firmer. Can't say I have noticed much else happening except for getting increasingly restless at the desk!
Pauline Taube
Sounds good, Kate I totally agree with Darin, the scale doesn't tell you anything about your body composition.

Expecting to be lighter next time. *First part of the Camino de Santiago for those interested.
