Mentor Palokaj
Hello all, I'm currently a few months into Foundation One and loving it. Is there a consensus on a 'good' multi purpose warmup/limber for non GST activities? Not to prepare for big workouts but for example: Stretch after biking to work for 30 mins Leisurely soccer game in a lunch break Getting out of a 2 hour stationary meeting Etc. A search of the forums didn't give in any results. Thank you!
Alessandro Mainente
It depends on the level of the intensity of the sport activity. I will never warm up in the same way if I have to do endurance workout or if I have to do power workouts or strength workout.
Darin Phoenix
Hi Mentor, A good one that you could use would be the daily limber that is part of the Fundamentals course. This is an excellent multi-purpose warm up which can then be followed by something that is more specific to the activity that you are performing. In regards to your question about stretching after a bike session, there are many fantastic stretches that are available in our middle and front split courses that could be utilized and would be highly effective.

Thank you. I was looking at that on indeed, but was wondering if besides that there was a consensus on a 'good' limber. Of course it is more complex than that, but something beats nothing, especially when done consistently.
