Tendonitis- F1 or H1

Hi everyone,
I wanted to know if I should start with handstand 1 before foundation 1 because I have forearm tendonitis and I think that F1 will require putting too much strain on my forearms (e.g doing pull-ups) and that the wrist and forearm work in H1 will help with the tendonitis before starting F1.
Thanks.
Ben.

Hey Ben, i'm sorry to hear about your problem but also the handstand one work put stress on the forearm. for sure the wrists stretch and strengthen elements on H1 plus the beginning handstand elements will take off some stress from the wrists, in this way you can have more time to recover. on the other side in foundations there are a lot of elements which can be trained so that you can avoid additional stress.
