Heres me and my friend doin some gymnastics in Uppsala Sweden :), we gonna start an gymnastics video blog later on showin our way to competitions and such!

Thx all :), i am the one in redpants and im born 88, The white pants is George foo born 86, his a much more accomplished gymnast than me, he been at ceveral worlds and worldcups.

George had some good trainers but right now he only got a coach once a week cause he moved back to his hometown, his gonna cut down on his training hours and try to be a specialist, Rings Pommels are the most favored :)

Iam an specialist in PB and Floor, but i havnt trained seriously since 2007, and i havnt done the all around since 2005.

I dont got a coach, last time i had a coach was back in 2007;(.

This footage was made yesterday, and now my wrist hurts like crazy ;O i think it cant stand the half diamidov work, im going to try to go for the makutz half up half down :). But i need to do only condition now and rest my wrist at least today, we will see maybe some floor work :D

Very nice!! :D sad you don't have a coach, but if Sweeden is similar to Denmark it's not always easy to find a good coach in artistic gymnastics..

oh and i dont think you can say 'mvh' in english :P

Yes Gregor something like that, i was thinkin im going to do a pretty easy floor routine for my first competition since i really wanna make it without a fall, and im going to be real nervous cause im not used to competing.

I got some more tricks!!!.

In the future i wanna do the pike double minichelli (E),

then i want to do the double pike forward from my handspring (E).

And i want to do my double forward grp from an layout forward :)

maybe combinate my doubletwist to.

Ivan,

Very nice double front 8).

On the double twisting front layout, don't allow your arms to go above your head during the twist. Keep them pulled down to your chest or lower. Also if you pull your left hip back harder during the set into the double full, it will help to accelerate your twist.
