Fernando Rodriguez 150096
I have just finished the fundamentals program. So naturally I am looking for the next course to take. With so many courses that I know would be beneficial for me, for training bjj. It's a bit overwhelming. So any suggestions from anyone that may have had the same issue? Just need a little help in the right direction.
Luke Searra
Hello Fernando, after Fundamentals, I recommend you begin Foundations One and Handstand One. These two will provide specific joint preparation and mobility that will help to prepare you for BJJ.
Fernando Rodriguez 150096
Thank you very much Luke, I will get that going next paycheck. Thank you for help navigating the course.
Tobias Karlsson
I think you will benefit a lot from both courses. One thing in particular I think will be the wrist exercises that you get with H1. Those really train aspects of the lower arm that I had never done before and it would surprise me if that is not directly transferable to pulling and pushing in BJJ.
