cathal
hello everyone, i read an article somewhere by coach sommer saying that he has his athletes performing 10-15 different types of dips. im would love to know some of these variations to add to my routine so if someone could type out a small list of these dips with a small description that would be great. thanks in advance

Edward Smith
I think on Crossfit Coach Sommer wrote in the forum a dip/support progression for rings it went something a little like this: 1) support on rings, arms can rest on lats2)dips, hands facing inwards (towards body)(I'm not sure if this was second or third)3) start working on hands (palms) facing forward support, arms may still rest on lats4) palms facing forward support, arms off body5) dips with palms facing forwardThere's a good place to start on rings. Hopefully Coach Sommer could rewrite the post on here Ed
