Nicolas Lukas Posted October 23, 2017 Share Posted October 23, 2017 Hello, I have an imbalance from working planche and pushing movements in general but not working shoulder extension and hyperextension. I want to know if it would help if I would work on advanced L - sits and V - sits. In addition to that I would work on victorian cross progressions and shoulder dislocates.
