Gareth Haines Posted February 24, 2018 Share Posted February 24, 2018 Hi, I’ve been pretty consistent with training for about 18 months but I’ve recently been renovating a house and with the late nights and extra physical work have found myself with Xmas having taken about 7 weeks off. Do I start back up at the exercise level where I was or go back to the beginning? Or backwards just a bit? Feel a bit gutted like I’ve lost the progress I made! Thanks!
