I picked up Coach Sommers' BUILDING THE GYMNASTICS BODY (am also a proud Foundations, H1 & Front split owner) & was trying to find all the info I could on the joint info that suppose to be in LIQUID STEEL? After contacting gymnasticbodies, they stated Coach uses all that info in the stretch courses, but I'm looking for as much detail as I can find in pertaining to the WHY behind all this joint prehab & mobility & how all these strings are attached. Might anyone have any suggested reading for me to pick up or links that really dig down this rabbit hole? It's just incredibly fascinating to me & I love understanding the mechanics behind it, along with the pros & cons of certain executions. Appreciate y'all's help! Hope y'all had a great weekend!
