Alaa Diab
Hi, I have been doing iron cross for long and also with lots of progressions, I have no shoulder pains, keeping arms straight, my shoulders are neither externally nor internally rotated to excess with small rounding. everything is going well, I can generate the power, and I have no problem. As I love anatomy, i read lots of articles .. some saying keep shoulders externally rotated and shoulders back, some others say round your shoulders if your lats are stronger. My question is, why there is different opinions in iron cross anatomical position? does it really differ as per individual abilities or articles are wrong and there is only one correct position?
