Thomas Newman
I’ve been working through Fundamentals and So far I’m liking the way I feel after the routines. I am wondering though if it is required that I am achieve mastery of all of the movements and fundamentals before moving into foundations or his fundamentals more just to get familiarity with the movements and foundations will build them up? Alessandro Mainente
HI Thomas, not necessarily, the fundamentals become a diagnostic tool. you need now to see where you have the biggest limitation in terms of the joint range of motion and then begin to reinforce these range of motion with foundations. Thomas Newman
Ok great. The fundamentals program has definitely been successful identifying some areas for improvement. A follow up on fundamentals: I know it’s designed to do each day on its own but I’ve been going back and doing the prior block reviews after each daily workout. Is this OK? Or should I be observing a sort of rest interval after doing a particular exercise? Thanks for your help!
