Nick Murray Posted July 12, 2018 Share Posted July 12, 2018 Agreed. LOTS of long-duration planche leans to recondition soft tissue and to allow bone to re-model. Remember nerves/motor control changes first, then muscle, tendon, ligament, bone, articular cartilage in approximately that order. According to the video all your work is short-duration maximal strength work. It's great progress you're making, but I do worry about the physical condition of the elbow.
