Cikko Lareza
Good day Sir/Ma'am, I torn my left bicep tendon 6 months ago while performing full planche on straight bar (supinated grip). The doctor said It was 20% torn so no need to go surgery. Right now I'm recovering well and I can do straddle planche, presses, and some pulling workouts (e.g. Front lever rows, pull ups, etc) without irritating my bicep. My question is, is it possible to get back 100% recovery and progress to more difficult strength holds like maltese and iron cross?
Alessandro Mainente
HI Cikko, personally I would never push elements where the bicep tendon is involved a lot. Unfortunately, there is not too much you can do now, it is too late.
