Jonathan Lijoi Posted July 23, 2018 Share Posted July 23, 2018 Hi Everyone, So I completed the Fundamentals series but definitely need to repeat it as I am quite tight and have lots to work on. I am a fairly experienced weightlifter and have tried to focus on the GST work but I feel like I’m not quite getting sweaty enough with the Fundamentals series (for lack of better explanation). Would doubling or tripling the daily workouts so I’m getting 30-45 minutes of work to compared to 15 be advisable? Any advice or thoughts are welcome and appreciated. Thanks! Alessandro Mainente Posted July 23, 2018 Share Posted July 23, 2018 hi Jonathan, Fundamentals is more a diagnostic work, i think that if you have already spent enough time here you are ready to move over foundations and if necessary pairing foundations with one or more of the stretch series, depending on the limitations you have found on fundamentals. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
