LkBurn Posted May 4, 2008 Share Posted May 4, 2008 Hello, Everyone,I have read all of Coach Sommer's articles and am on 40 seconds on the tucked ball planche. I was wondering, though, how often should I be training this skill? I know it says an equivalent of one minute, but I was wondering if I should be doing this every day, a monday, tuesday, thursday, friday schedule (like tnation iron cross development article); or five days with weekends off?
