Front lever form check and how to increase time

Hello, just today ive unlocked the front lever(good form), i was really wondering if both dynamics and statics lower progresions (straddle, advanced tuck...) can help me increase time in the full front lever, since i feel full is kinda
rough on joints and muscles. Im able to hold straddle for like 10 secs. The isometric hold is angle specific so the 90% of your work should be done on isometric hold.
