FERNANDO OLIVERA Z Posted September 24, 2018 Share Posted September 24, 2018 Hello, just today ive unlocked the front lever(good form), i was really wondering if both dynamics and statics lower progresions (straddle, advanced tuck...) can help me increase time in the full front lever, since i feel full is kinda rough on joints and muscles. Im able to hold straddle for like 10 secs. (Im also putting an old fornt lever photo with bad form so you can compare, the old one is the one i which im wearing a blue hoodie) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
