Jesse Malthouse
Hey Guys, I joined up the other week and have a couple of Questions. Did you guys find this really slow to begin with to find where you are actually at, then started to see progress? Love to hear others opinions Cheers, Jesse
Nick Murray
Yes. Progress is initially slow because: you need time to learn the movements (google "motor learning") you need time for muscles, bones, tendons, ligaments, articular cartilage to adapt to the load the elements impose (connective tissue adapts in approximately that order)
Alessandro Mainente
The second point of Nick is the most important cue point.
Jason Gazeley
I'm having trouble figuring out where to start in GB unlimited. Coach Sommer's recommended courses are too difficult for me at this point.
Alessandro Mainente
Have you already tried fundamentals? how is your mobility? do you have deficits? do you have previous injuries? what is you experience with sports?
