Coach Sommer Posted March 11, 2019 Share Posted March 11, 2019 For Foundation the strength and mobility are a package deal. If you find the mobility too hard, you have some serious mobility deficits to address. You may add substantially more mobility work to your training to address this deficiency. To maintain your current strength levels, you may add a few sets of additonal strength at the END of your day’s training after completing your assigned workout and whatever additional mobility work you have chosen to add. These additional sets should not be intense. For the next 1-2 months your long term progress will be best served by primarily focusing on improving mobility.
