I was wondering if anyone could help me with this: I'm doing the foundation lower body part of the program and I think to get to the Glute Ham Raise to soon and wanted to go to the basic level but I'm doing well with pistols. Alessandro Mainente Posted January 15, 2020 Share Posted January 15, 2020 Hi Mauro, for the actual GB program rules...you must stay on a specific exercise until PE and IM are completed. this will ensure, especially in the legs that an equal leg of balanced strength is preserved on the posterior and anterior chain.
