Glute Ham Raise on Foundation Lower Body

Hi! I was wondering if anyone could help me with this:

I'm doing the foundation lower body part of the program and I think to get to the Glute Ham Raise to soon and wanted to go to the basic level but I'm doing well with pistols. How do I change just the mobility?

Hi Mauro, for the actual GB program rules...you must stay on a specific exercise until PE and IM are completed. this will ensure, especially in the legs that an equal leg of balanced strength is preserved on the posterior and anterior chain.
