Hi Marcin, muscleup is a stressful exercise on shoulders and biceps. so if you haven't already reached a decent amount of basic strength i cannot suggest you to train it too easily. Coach Sommer suggestion is finishing at least foundations 2. from my POV finishing rope climbing and HBP lead me to train muscle-up,and then rings planche and then iron cross without injury to elbow or shoulders for almost 10 years now.
