Natalie Daniels
Hello, I have to start with arch ups and wondering if it is possible to do them with free feet. I have a GB back strap hanging from a door pull up bar and have nothing to hold my feet in. Any suggestion? Thanks
Alessandro Mainente
Hi Natalie, my best arrangement with one of my students is to use a table and wraps a rope under the table and round my feet...
Natalie Daniels
Interesting arrangement. Unfortunately I have a glass table...do not trust it will hold without breaking and don't wanna risk it
Matthew Walker
Winch straps (like you'd get at a hardware store to strap down things for hauling them in a truck/trailer) or a rope like Alessandro suggested . You can strap your legs down and do arch ups on the edge of a bed or off the side of a couch.
Peter Zeitoun
Where can we find the backstrap that is in the video B4 Arch Up? The company name? Thank you

Thank you i think that you can build your own one using a belt for weighted work and nylon straps...i do not think that the GB manufacturers is still active. CHRISTOPH GSCHWANDTNER
That's how it could look like. Straps from my rings and a belt for weighted work. Works perfectly fine!
