Robyn Caulfield
Can anyone direct me to the the program which has oblique crunches on stall bar using back straps (or does anyone have a YouTube video of someone doing it ?) Any videos of a compilation of backstrap exercises (apart from stretches) ? I don’t know if it’s in any of the programs and I can only find 2 pictures online and no videos. Sorry if this is posted is the wrong place (I have no idea what program backstrap oblique crunches would be in, I couldn’t find it in the core workout) , I’ve been a member for years but have found it increasingly hard to navigate as I don’t know which exercises are in which program . I also bought the back strap years ago and really want to put it to use.

Hi Robyn, the backstraps are used as a part of our foundations' program specifically for side lever development in the early stage. but the is no specific course of backstraps, they are considered an alternative to the combination box plus stall bar. Thankyou for replying, are side lever progressions in foundation core? Is there a name for the exercises that use box plus stall bar that you mentioned ? , I understand there’s not a backstrap course , I have foundation one , handstand , and stretch course . I also have stall bars. I just have no way to search for a specific exercise (maybe if I know the name)
