Nick Goddard
Hey guys, would you say push ups with wide arms are useful for gymnastic strength? I am referring to the opposite of elbows tucked in. Arms nearly at 90 degrees to the torso. I understand that we have more control with elbows tucked in but I am curious to the cross over. thanks a lot, nick
