I know i have the strenght needed, but i can't even get in the started position without flling forward and if i started from below i can't push my butt above the bar. Hi Louis, my suggestion if you have the subscription is accessing the private forum section by logging in to the Gb site, then in foundation 2 open a post and insert a video of your execution so that i can the for the errors.
