Victor A MOUCLIER Posted October 19, 2022 Share Posted October 19, 2022 Hi everybody, I would like to ask wich movement / exercice would be great to balance off lateral raise training (shoulder abduction) and to develop the antagonists muscles. I feel like lateral raises in scapular plane help me to stabilize my shoulder that's why i'm performing them quite often.
