Antagonist lateral raise

Hi everybody,

I would like to ask wich movement / exercice would be great to balance off lateral raise training (shoulder abduction) and to develop the antagonists muscles.

I feel like lateral raises in scapular plane help me to stabilize my shoulder that's why i'm performing them quite often.

Hey Victor, well the opposite action i done by adductors/extensor...so lats and teres major in general.
