Is it beneficial to add hookgrip to a falsegrip when doing muscle ups and more advanced ring strenght work? One advantage I can think of would be, that the FG would not slip that easily. Basically because when you wear grips you lose too much contact with the apparatus. specifically for your quyestion, adding hookgrip when doing falsegrip i do not think that gives additional benefits.
