Was thinking of lighter bands as it’s a warmup, can’t go straight into heavier work. the band series generally has 5 rep for each exercise, aren’t we supposed to copy that and do only 5 reps? The amount of relative intensity can be achieved by: - increasing time under tension - increasing eventually the range of motion - increasing the tension of the bands in fact i do not have mentioned reps. so having a combination of light bands, little time under tension and eventually less range of motion leads to less complexity and llighter workout.
