Mahmoud Eid Posted September 7, 2023 Share Posted September 7, 2023 I am new to gymnastic bodies and to the concept of mobility work in general, so I serverly lack knowledge in this regard. I would appreciate any detailed responses if possible. On to my questions: 1) For the Stretch series are they suppose to be done on days where I do zero conditioning or are they suppose to be after? In the videos it is mentioned to do them after a conditioning workout but the are schedule on their own, so I am confused on what I should be doing. 2) Mobility work like the wieghted shoulder and knees series are they suppose to be done after the conditioning or before because I have been reading that stretching or lengthing tissues between joints prior to any conditioning can increase risk of injuries.
