Guest Vinstorr
Coach Sommer, I like to work on parallel bars more than rings (what a strange person ). Your books are all about rings and/or exercises that lead to ring skills only?
Coach Sommer
The first volume has many exercises that are performed on the parallel bars. Mastery on the parallel bars is usually a mandatory first step prior to mastering that same skill on the rings.Yours in Fitness,Coach Sommer
kbryk
The problem is with both events some skills are better and safer learned with a coach, I remember when I started p-bars some stuff is just nuts and if you fall your dropping a few feet, and some swinging skills you will go flying.
