David Barclay
If you have not heard of this guy, hop over to youtube and watch some videos. Watching them now, they seem rather cheesy and silly, but contextualize them for the time, and you can recognize the importance of what he was doing. Some pretty impressive body weight feats that many of us will recognize.Rest in peace, Jack.http://www.ottawacitizen.com/health/Fit ... story.htmlDavid
Erik Sjolin
What?! Jack is dead?! Jeez, that's one of those things you never really expect to happen. Granted, he was five years short of a century, but the man was probably strong enough to fight Death and all his minions off.RIP Mr LaLanne, the fitness world will never forget what you did for us. Graham Smith
The man's legacy is not his old age but the physical feats that he was able to perform well into his twilight years that most mere mortals can't do in their prime. I only hopw that I can come close to emulating the quality of life that Jack forged for himself
