RatioFitness
You could training all that stuff in one day. Also, handstands, l-sits, and elbow levers are beginner stuff, not advanced. One-arm chin is more intermediate. Nothing you are doing is advanced.

RatioFitness
If a handstand is elite, what's a handstand on rings? If an elbow lever is advanced, what is a planche pushups on rings? You must be using a different definition of "advanced."The board is full of discussion on handstand development. Look at the subforum "handsand work." Elbow levers, I don't know, this isn't practiced much by the people on this board, to my knowledge. One arm chins, you've got negatives, having one hand lower than the others. Lot's of tutorials on the net about this stuff.

AlexX
Elbow lever and handstand are mostly balancing/technique moves, if you are starting with a bit of a strength base. If your goal is both of those I would just practice them every day or every other day until you see a drop in performance then stop for the day.
