Whey + milk + some dextrose = HUGE insulin spike without tons of carbs. That's probably your best bet. 1:1 protein to carbs with the creatine mixed into maybe 12-16 oz of milk. That's going to be your absolute best "low carb" solution and will honestly work just as well as huge dextrose dose without making you fat.
