Wheelson
Just had a brain blast. Many of us complain that we have nothing to pull/push on our leg days in terms of a sled/weights.Well if you have a car, you have a perfect sled! Yes it's a hard task, but these are prescribed on maximal leg days right? you're supposed to be taxed! I'll be trying this the next leg day, and hopefully this helps someone!feel free to let me know what you think and how it goes!
Blairbob
Tricky thing is steering, great with a partner. If you're on grass, go get one of those of circular snow sleds and some rope. I have used this on carpet in the gym and it works pretty well, but so do gymnastic blocks.
AlexX
The problem with a car is that once it becomes easy it's pretty hard to progress. Seeking out slight inclines can be a pain. In my opinion a much better alternative is one of those wooden crates that stores use for food transport. Attach a rope, throw whatever weight you want (you can get creative here) and start pushing/pulling on grass. You can even use it on a concrete surface and when it wears out just get another one.
